FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What if a piece of hardware that you install breaks after the installation?
Let not your heart be troubled.  Everything we install comes with a lifetime replacement warranty.  If it breaks or is defective, we'll replace it free of charge, for life!

Do you offer financing?
If you need to finance your project we offer you the ability to break your total up into three payments.

What do I do with all the “stuff” in the closet while the closet's being worked on? Throw it on the bed?
No need to sleep on the floor, we have FREE loaner racks for your hanging garments and bins for folded items. We drop them off days before the installation date and pick them up when you have finished reintroducing your wardrobe to its new home.

I hate even the idea of another long drawn-out remodeling project. “The kitchen guy was here forever.” Is this going to take weeks?
No way, most of our installations are completed in just ONE DAY! And that can include several rooms.

We want to change the carpet next year, should we wait until that's completed?
No need to wait. With our wall mounted system, flooring can be changed at any time. No part of your new closet system will be on the floor. From hardwood to carpeting, we're not in the way of change.

We want to paint the closet before the makeover, is that a problem?
Just let us know and we can drop off the FREE loaner racks to fit with your schedule. We can even recommend painters if you need.

What is a Valet rod?
Great question. It's a slide out rod mounted on a tower that's used to hang cloths on. No need to ever use the doorknob or the bedpost again. Ideal for setting out tomorrows work attire, a convenient place to hang items while getting changed and what a big help with the dry-cleaning bundle!

Is there anywhere to put my jewelry?
We have a several ways to handle your precious items, from Velvet lined jewelry trays, to keypad safes wall mounted behind hanging clothes.

What accessories do you carry?
We have access to a wide variety of great products, such as; Valet rods, sliding Belt and Tie racks, Baskets and Drawers in many heights, widths and styles, folding ironing boards that fit on a shelf, pull out full length mirrors, wall and shelf safes, velvet lined jewelry trays, basket liners, laundry hampers, colorful basket wraps for the kids, pull-out slack racks, pull-out shoe shelves, wicker baskets, and a whole lot more… Check out our image gallery to get an idea of what's possible!

What do I care about two poles? I've got extra closets I can spread out into.
Our system features adjustable poles and shelves that allow you to conveniently change the amount of hanging space and shelf height as the years go by. Your closet can change as your wardrobe changes

How do we remove the existing wire shelf? And, what do we do with it?
Leave it to us, we will remove the existing system [wire or wood] and patch nail holes. You can paint touch-up after your new system is installed. We will also dispose of any removed old closet system items you don't wish to keep.

My closet is a mess, do I need to clean it out before I call for an in home appointment?
Please DON'T! The best way for us to see what the project entails is to see what's going into the “new” closet. If you "hide" clothes we don't get the true picture. It's your home and we respect that.

Were trying to sell our Home, why should we do this now?
With such a difficult market, an eye-catching, functional closet system may just be the thing that sets your Home above the others in the area. Many new buyers expect a custom closet system, not just a single wire shelf at eye level. Putting your Home above the others can only help in a quicker sale. Also, the three things most people look at first when looking at new homes to buy is the kitchen, bathroom, and... you guessed it, the closets!

What is this going to cost?
Lets do some quick math first. Say we add 2 - 24"w x 14"d adjustable shelving towers to your closet, each with 8 shelves. That's adding 37.3 ft of adjustable shelving, now add upper and lower hang sections and you have probably doubled the storage capacity of your existing closet. Cost to build an additional room, 15k-20k+. Cost for your functional, great looking remodeled closet? Thousands less than an addition and a lot less time. Want a more accurate answer?
